I'm amazed by how much we are seeing, almost too much to digest each day. During the bus rides we practice German or Austrian phrases or have a History lesson prevalent to our next location. Chuck sleeps during all this.
Today in Munich we saw the Glockenspeil in the main center of town, shopped the old market and had coffee in the plait (square).
Here's the clock and St. John's church.
Walking through the market was fun, I'm surprised by the tradition dress seen every once in awhile.
Flowers in the market. Bakeries are everywhere too!
Tonight we're in Austria in the mountains, so beautiful.
This is Innsbruck, the bridge over the Inns river! It's a green river and you can see it!
More coffee in the Plait, Chuck is in heaven!
The royal family's balcony in Innsbruck. Gold everywhere, gold shingles, gold coating everywhere, oh the riches of the ages!
So beautiful! The picture on the river is postcard worthy. Sounds to me like Chuck has the idea, nap when he can and let you fill him in on whatever is important. ;-)
ReplyDeleteSt Johns Church is incredible! I agree with Brooke about the river picture. I would be in heaven too!
